On our recent April trip to Disney World, we tried some new, and not-so-new, Disney Springs Eats!

I’ve been wanting to try the food trucks for awhile now so we headed to the West Side section of Disney Springs where you can find several food truck options and a beautiful view of Characters in Flight!

Mac and Cheese Food Truck

Located beside the Hot Diggity Dog Food Truck, the Mac and Cheese Truck offers several different, and very unique, mac and cheesy yumminess!

Lobster & Shrimp, Chicken Parmesan, BBQ and Texas Chili just to name a few…

We chose the Lobster and Shrimp Mac & Cheese topped with Provolone Cheese and Toasted Buttery Crackers…

This was worth the wait!!

It was so creamy and the shrimp and lobster chunks were huge…

The shrimp were placed at the bottom of this gigantic portion of Mac and cheese and the lobster was all throughout.

For $13 I would go back for this heaping help of Mac and cheese anyday!

4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck

First Steven ordered the Taco Cone…

It was loaded down with Guacamole, Sour Cream, Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Queso, Cilanrto, Jalepeno, Lime and your choice of Meat…we chose the Chicken.

Then he had to go back for the Street Tacos…

This was three tacos with Guasacaca, Creme Fraiche, Pico de Gallo, Queso Fresco, Cilantro, Lime, Jalapeño, your choice of meat…we chose the Steak…all on a Grilled Tortilla Shell.

I enjoyed these more than the Taco Cone!

I personally didn’t like the meat inside of the Taco Cone. I’d like to have all the ingredients that were on the Street Tacos but in the cone shell that was used on the Taco Cone! That would be delicious!

I’m sure the nice cast members at the Barbacoa food truck could help me out!!
