You guys…we stayed in a Little Mermaid-themed room!! Disney’s Art of Animation Resort has an entire section of Little Mermaid-themed standard rooms. Along with family suites that are themed to the Lion King, Finding Nemo, and Cars. I can’t wait to tell you all about it!

Rooms

Disney’s Art of Animation offers several different room options. The Lion King, Finding Nemo, and Cars sections are all family suites with several beds in the rooms and a kitchenette area.

The Little Mermaid section is the only section that has standard room which offers 2 full size beds.

There is a table with two seashell chairs.

A dresser that holds a mini fridge.

And a coffee maker with Joffery’s Coffee.

The bathroom area is also the closet area with plenty of space for storage and also a vanity area with a themed well-lit mirror including a hair dryer and iron.

The shower was by far my favorite part of the themed room.

Restaurant and Pool Bar

The restaurant on property is called Landscape of Flavors and offers Quick-Service items such as pizza, pasta, burgers, chicken strips, french fries, breakfast, desserts, and more! There are weekly menu changes and specials so be sure to check the mobile ordering app for the current menu!

The pool bar is called The Drop Off and you can order mixed seasonal drinks and also food items.

Pool Options

There are 3 pools located on property.

Big Blue Pool is found in the Finding Nemo section and is the largest pool on property…

Cozy Cone is the pool in the Cars sections and has a cabana-like setup inside of the cones that surround the pool…

Flippin’ Fins pool is over in the Little Mermaid section…

Shopping and Recreation:

Ink and Paint is the Disney shop on property and offers lots of Disney souvenirs, clothing, park accessories, convenience items you may have left at home, and even a small liquor store.

Pixel Play Arcade– Arcade located in the lobby.

Movies Under the Stars– Nightly Movie Showings at the Reel Theater

T-Shirt Tye Dying near the Big Blue pool.

Resort Activities vary month to month. Check with the Front Desk for a Monthly Activity Guide.
