Check-In at Your Resort

Check-In is made super easy with the My Disney Experience App!!

Disney allows online check-in up to 60 days before your arrival date.

You also have the option to receive a text when your room is ready so you can bypass the front desk all together with your Magic Band.

Your Disney Resort will send you a text, like this one pictured here, with your room number and a link to a map of your resort.

We usually drop our luggage off at the bellhop, jump on the bus to Disney Springs, and grab some lunch or shop until we receive our text. It’s very convenient!

>>> If you added the Disney Dining Plan to your Magic Your Way Package then you can pick up your Rapid Fill Refillable Mug at your resort food court free of charge. If you didn’t don’t worry… you can still purchase one for only $15.49 and thanks to Disney’s new Rapid Refill Program you can select the number of days you would like to purchase depending on the length of your stay!

Play Disney Style Mini-Golf

Another magical Benefit of Staying on Disney Property is the 4 free vouchers for Miniature Golf!

Choose from Disney’s Fantasia Gardens or Disney’s Winter Summerland.

Each course features 2 themed 18-hole courses.

Take Off to One of the 4 Amazing Disney Parks

If you get there early enough in the day you can drop off your luggage and head straight to the park of your choice.

Dive right into all the Disney Park fun full-force.

Also, don’t forget to check for Extra Magic Hours at the parks. One or more Parks may stay open late a few extra hours exclusively for Disney Resort guests.

With amazing Disney-themed pools, arcades, gift shops, dining and much more, your Disney Resort is jam-packed with everything you need to relax and get your vacation going.

Pick up a guide-map at the front desk and hop on the bus to Disney Springs or Boardwalk…or both!!! Shopping, dining, entertainment, nightlife these promenades have it all.
